Construction Supervisor - Mike Wang
In his 40+ years in Construction and Development, Mike Wang has amassed a huge store of knowledge relating to all the different stages of construction. He has detailed knowledge of everything from Land Analysis for Subdivisions, to calculating Return on Investment and Marketing. His experience supervising construction of everything from single-family homes to large multi-family and commercial projects, has provided him with an understanding of all aspects of the construction process.
In past years, Mike has been involved with the successful completion of single family homes in Hacienda Heights, and Arcadia, California. He has also overseen the construction of Multi-Family projects in El Monte and Monterey Park, as well as the construction of the First Chinese Baptist Church in Irvine, and the Camellia Square Shopping Center in Temple City.
Now, Mike will be Supervising the construction of the College Avenue Project from WIC LA LLC. He will be responsible for being the Liason between the Developer and Architecht, and those doing the actual construction on the ground. He will make sure that everyone has what’s needed to carry out their tasks to bring The Dream to life.
